DUO

DUO 는 이탈리아 플루리텍 사에서 개발한 마이크로 드릴링/라우팅 장비입니다.
스핀들과 헤드의 다양한 조합 구성이 가능하며 고객의 선호와 필요에 따라 41 ”x30” 크기의 보드도 작업이 가능합니다.

스핀들 구성 특징

  • 범용 고속 스핀들 1 or 2ea (160, 180, 200krpm 중 선택)
  • 마이크로 드릴링 스핀들 1 or 2ea(250krpm)
  • 마이크로 드릴링 스핀들 1ea(250krpm) + 라우팅 스핀들 1ea(80 or 125krpm)

매핑(Mapping) 작업


매핑(Mapping) 기능은 작업 보드의 표면의 상태와 높이를 측정하는 기술입니다. 매핑 기능을 통해서 보드의 휘어짐이나 부분별 높이 차이가 나는 부분의 높이를 재어 고정밀도가 요구되는 깊이차 드릴이나 라우팅 작업을 구현하기 위해 사용됩니다.

스핀들 1축일 경우: 작업 영역 762x1270mm (30 ” x50 ” )
스핀들 2축일 경우: 작업 영역 635x762(25 ” x30 ” )
2축 스핀들 구성에서 1개의 스핀들을 고정시키고 사용할 경우: 762x1050mm(30 ” x41.34 ” )
1축 또는 2 축 스핀들 + 테이블 사이즈 옵션 구성: 915x915mm (36 ” x36 ” )
3축 스핀들 구성 옵션: 760x460mm(30 ” x18.1 ” )

CCD Camera


CCD 카메라를 통해 보드를 올려놓은 후 보드의 배열을 정확하게 맞추고 공작대 위에서 발생할 수 있는 문제 사항들을 줄여줄 수 있게 한다. 그리고 비젼 시스템은 특정 타겟의 위치에 근간하여 구간 작업하는 드릴이나 특정 패턴의 라우팅을 할 때 특수 적용을 가능하게 한다.
