고 성능, 고 정밀도 신뢰성이 요구되는 반도체 Device 테스트 프로그램 개발용으로 개발된 EVA100 측정 System은 테스트 비용 절감 및 고도로 숙련된 개발 엔지니어가 불필요하며, 누구나 쉬운 접근이 허용되어, 프로그램 인코딩이 쉽고 간편하게 설계 / Design 되어 있습니다.

새로이 고도로 통합된 측정 시스템 "EVA100“ 설비는 Power Supplies, SMU( 4 quadrant DC Signal Measurement Units ), Pattern Generators, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Digitizers and Oscilloscopes를 자체 지원하며, Complete analog / mixed-signal device 의 평가 및 측정에 초점을 둔 설비이며, Module형 방식으로 Target Device 사양에 맞는 구성이 가능 합니다.

새로 개발 된 소프트웨어 GUI는 매우 빠르고 간단한 방식으로 drag & drop 조작만으로 프로그램 인코딩이 가능하게 하는 매우 직관적 프로그램이며, 탁월한 Automatic Report 기능을 제공하여 업무 효율을 극대화 시킬수 있습니다
